Exclusive Preview of Eurostar's New Premier Dining Experience in London

Last weekend, I was invited by Eurostar to visit London to get an exclusive preview of their new Premier dining experience, along with a wonderful stay at The Standard London. The celebration took place at a private cocktail event in the iconic St. Pancras station.

Eurostar is taking train travel to the next level with their new dining offer for Premier customers. Starting November 4th, three top chefs: Jeremy Chan, Jessica Préalpato, and Honey Spencer will serve their creative dishes on board. This exciting new menu is part of Eurostar’s launch of three travel classes: Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus, and Eurostar Premier.

Jeremy Chan, the British chef behind London’s Ikoyi restaurant (which has 2 Michelin stars), is creating the starters and main courses. His cooking highlights local ingredients and spicy flavors. The desserts are made by Jessica Préalpato, a French pastry chef who focuses on natural flavors and ingredients like ancient grains and unrefined sugars. She was named the world’s best pastry chef in 2019. The wines and champagne have been selected by Honey Spencer, a British sommelier who is passionate about organic and sustainable wines. She is recognized as one of the most influential sommeliers in London.
