Spring Reset Sunday is exactly what Hungry Antwerp stands for: bringing our community from online to offline, and creating real-life moments where people can connect, slow down and experience something meaningful together.

Together with Via Antwerp, we organized our very first Spring Reset Sunday, where movement, mindset and food came together in a calm and inspiring setting in the heart of our city.

We started the day with a 45-minute Pilates session by Bloom Antwerp, with Pilates mats kindly provided by Karma Geta Grip, gently waking up the body and setting the tone for the rest of the morning. This was followed by an inspiring neuroscience talk by Dr. Kaat Colman, who shared valuable insights on brain health, nutrition and the impact of our daily habits on overall wellbeing.

Throughout the experience, guests could discover a selection of thoughtful partners, including a refreshing kombucha tasting by Club Santé and electrolytes from Not Just Salt.

We ended with a beautiful seated brunch by Mea Antwerp. No rush, just good food and meaningful conversations.
